Welcome to the Minnesota Surety Association

The Minnesota Surety Association is a voluntary, non-profit association of surety markets, agents, brokers, accountants, lawyers, and other surety related professionals who have a vested interest in the business of suretyship in the State of Minnesota.  Our goal is to foster an environment supportive of the growth and proficiency of small and large businesses, including those owned by women or minorities, located in the State of Minnesota. It is our intent that such growth and ability will make substantial contributions to maintaining the economic stability, quality of life, and increased employment opportunities in our area. It is further the policy of the Minnesota Surety Association to proactively promote inclusiveness in contracting opportunities by fostering or assisting efforts to help businesses overcome obstacles to their success.  It is the policy of the Association to commit the knowledge and resources we have available towards the betterment of these objectives and the industry as a whole.
